Community Projects:
- Christmas Baskets- For the past ten years DRG employees have foregone a Christmas party to donate their time on Christmas Eve delivering over 500 Christmas baskets to needy families and organizations throughout the Denver Metropolitan community.
- Senior Resource Center- DRG is actively involved with fundraising for the $8million dollar renovation of the Senior Resource Center located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Currently, the Senior Resource Center serves over 100,000 clients per year in a nine county area.
- West Denver Prep Charter School- DRG Construction has been involved with the design and construction of a premier charter school in Denver, Colorado. Due to budget constraints, DRG has developed a partnership with an architectural firm and selected subcontractors to offer reduced pricing to fulfill the needs of the school. During its first school year West Denver Prep Charter School has been able to increase student performance to become one of the top academic institutions within the Denver Public School system.
- Gateway Project- DRG President Diedra Garcia is a driving force behind an organization which serves as an advocate for battered women throughout Denver, Colorado. The Gateway project focuses on intervention, prevention and assimilation into a positive environment.
- Junior Achievement- DRG has been involved with Junior Achievement whose goal is to provide youth with an understanding of business and economics. DRG Construction sponsors a bowl-a –thon each year to raise money for their cause.
